Computer Numerical Control (CNC) This allows the creation of complex forms and designs with specialized tools and machines driven by computers. It’s all like magic but in reality it’s smart machines getting the job done.

Everything we prepare is limited to the most cutting-edge techniques available to us. But how do we do this? And it begins with knowing how to do CNC manufacturing correctly. It is important to grasp the fundamentals so that you can master and confidently use these powerful machines.

But it’s not only about the tools. 

This is why we also need to familiarize ourselves with the various materials used in CNC Dreiedeler manufacturing. Every material has its own properties and behaves differently when we work with it. Metal, plastic, wood, and other materials can all be chosen depending on what we are creating. Selecting the right material is an important step as it influences the end product and its functionality.

Techniques For Refining Results From CNC

Once you understand the basic tools and methods of CNC manufacturing, there are more advanced techniques to learn. Jiyan has a few special techniques/ methods to optimize our CNC results even better. Think of this as your video game skill-ups.

For example, we use a process known as multi-axis machining. 

Instead, it means using different machines that have multiple movable axes that allow for more sophisticated forms.” I mean, think how much more fun it must be to draw a picture in 3D instead of on paper. 5-axis CNC-fresedeler machining is another method that allows us to produce complex parts more quickly and accurately. It enables us to machine on multiple sides of a part simultaneously, which in turn minimizes time to machine and makes it easier to get our shapes just right.

We also use CAM (Computer-Aided Manufacturing) software to program our CNC for machining. 

This software tells us the precise specifications to create 3D models of our designs. When we have the model, the software guides our machines on how to produce these components with stunning accuracy. Its like a blueprint telling the machines what to do step by step.
